This lamp is beautiful. I'm just starting my journey with crystals and when I saw this selenite lamp I knew I wanted it. I didn't tell my husband I was buying it and when he came home he was taken aback at how lovely this lamp is and he even mentioned that it puts out a peaceful and calming energy. In my opinion this lamp is worth the price. Buy it, it's beautiful and calming.

The media could not be loaded. 8 pounds of raw gypsum (selenite), 13 inches tall. Theres just a small cavity carved out on the bottom for a light to be inserted and the light they provided is a dimmable, micro LED, which is awesome.> This is a very large, beautiful piece of selenite. I am very into geology and rocks and when you get this in the mail you will pick up the box, feel the weight and notice how heavy it is. The entire lamp is selenite/gypsum. It's absolutely gorgeous. A real quality piece.> White light, unlike the advertised photos showing a warmer hue. It's a white LED. You could totally replace this with a bulb of any kind in any hue you want. The one it comes with is white, and I dont necessarily like white LED's normally, but something about it in this gypsum is very fresh. The warmer hue would be super nice too and provide more ambiance.> dimmable, with a default low setting. So if you watch the videos - when you get to the lowest dim level, it flips to a state thats just barely lit. This is excellent for night time as you sleep. not bright at all, very low. I really like it.> Designed to last forever. So - obviously the selenite will last - but because the design doesnt have the bulb locked inside - once the bulb dies, just replace it. If the entire light unit dies after 10 years - buy a new one for $4. This light will last forever and if nothing else you will have the selenite - which is an amazing size.> Unique. As an empath, I wear protection crystals daily. They help protect me from outside energy affecting me personally. One of my necklaces came with a small selenite heart to help recharge the crystal. Protection crystals need to be cleansed and recharged.When I saw this lamp I had to get it. I didn’t even check the dimensions… Not that it would have mattered much either way! I wanted it! This thing is 13 inches tall and heavier than it looks. I love that it is wide enough for me to lay my necklaces and bracelets on top of it. Selenite crystals don’t just cleanse and charge crystals… They cleanse and uplift your home, including everyone inside the home. Or at least this gigantor sized one seems to!I have been using this lamp for 2 months now and I can tell that my crystals are much happier for it! It also provides a nice warm light to the area surrounding it.My only word of caution is to be careful when moving it. I had a tiny sliver come off when I picked it up. Other than that, it is solid with a hollowed out area for the bulb. The bulb is connected to a power cord with a dimmer knob. I love this one so much I’m on the lookout for more! Price might seem a bit o.O at first, but it's a solid 8 pound selenite crystal AND a lamp!
