I have tried everything from Johnson & Johnson to all-natural/organic home remedies, but this lotion was the only thing that worked for my son's eczema. My wife uses it on her 2 year old boy, and a 2 month old girl liberally, and can feel the difference as it satisfies her that skin is really nourished in this brutal cold winter, specially for the 2 yr old. I would recommend. Got a 3 pack 18oz bottle so I need not worry for almost a year I guess.

Our 2nd son had some kind of rashes on his skin. We tried a lot of creams and balms. but it continued. We consulted a paeditrician and he said that this is something related to excema. It really did cure my son's skin problem immediately. We hardly used it for a week before we found its positive results. I have actually used this lotion for myself on my elbows for years so when I had a baby, it was a no-brainer what I would pick for him. This lotion does a very good job of not just moisturizing but also protecting the skin without being greasy. It is fragrant-free so there aren't any perfumes to aggravate that delicate baby skin. My son has been teething and he drools a LOT so his cheek gets kind of rash-y. I simply wash it off with some clean water, dry it, and put a little of this lotion on it to protect it. This is a must for sensitive babies or not-so-babies with sensitive skin. Our local Walmart doesn't sell this in bottles this large and with three bottles in the pack we have one upstairs in the nursery, one in the living room, and one at my parents' house for when they watch our son.

Love it for baby! Best of all, this lotion has repaired my feet! I lather it on and slip on socks and a week later my feet are the softest they have been with any treatment. LOVE IT

Good moisturizing quality however I noticed my son developed rashes on his face after I applied the product on his face. I recommend this product as just a body lotion and not on the face.
