Good shoes, but will last 5-6 months if you run 30K weekly.
Good shoes for light workout especially walking and running. However, if you average 30K run weekly on road, shoes will wear out in 5-6 months. I do 10K plus a day 3 times a week or sometimes more. Brought my pair in October and by March end the insole had compressed and grip on outside is smooth and I have to avoid even little of water on road you will slip.
