I really like the size and that it‘s tablets, not capsules. As for tolerability, it is fiber - not a laxative. You have to let your body get used to it, otherwise it will cause bloating. I started with two tablets and increased by one every day and had no bloating whatsoever. Also, fiber does not change your bowel habits overnight or drastically, but if you give it some time you’ll see some positive changes. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product.

Product works well. I am taking a GLP-1 product to control blood sugar and this keeps me regular. Very satisfied with it.

Seems to help, has both soluble and insoluble fiber, I use it in addition to psyllium

I like that the pills are smaller but they seem to have less efficacy than the Metamucil capsules. Probably won’t purchase again
