They immediately offered me a refund or a replacement one for no charge. I agreed to have them send me a new one and see if that one worked better. I’ve only had it for about a week now and it’s been working great so let’s hope that it stays that way. I will say the customer service was fantastic with this company in regards to replacing it no questions asked and standing behind their product. I have updated the stars from 2 to 5 on the customer service from this company as well as sending me a new product even after I was out of the return window for Free. This was great while the 2 months lasted. It now will only charge my phone to 20% from where it was when I starting charging. That is over a 7 hour period through the night. Here are my final thoughts on it. The product works well. I currently use this in my office to charge my phone during the day. Originally I was planning to use the on my nightstand next to my bed, but to me, it wasn't suitable for this purpose because of the lights in the base which are bright in the dark. You can turn them off, but then you won't know if your phone is charging. There are two colors, Green & Blue. Solid green is fully charged, and a slow pulsing blue means the phone is charged. If you place the phone on the charger incorrectly, the lights will flash fast to alert you to adjust the phone. The lights are cool looking and very handy, but, if like me, you can't sleep with flashing lights in the dark, it might not be a good choice in the bedroom. There is a switch to turn them off, but then you won't know if the phone isn't charging, and you might wake up to a dead phone in the morning....not good if you use it as an alarm! The bottom line. Any company can have a device that doesn't work, but the customer service was quick to replace it, and the replacement works very well in my office, I use it everyday. If you are looking for a charger for your bedroom and the flashing lights bother you, then this might not be the correct option for you. It’s a great deal for the amount of money you spend on it and what you get. It comes with its own power cable - which I noticed many others in the market doesn’t. Ready to use straight out of the box. Just plug it in and put your phone on it and it starts charging. Watch charger works great also. I am a little confused about the earbuds charger. Instructions indicate which way to place the earbuds box depending on the model you have but I don’t know the model I have so I am not sure if I am placing it correctly on the charger. Nevertheless it seems to be charging the earbuds just fine so I am not sure why instructions indicate you need to place the earbuds in a certain way depending on the model. The lights can be turned off easily by just touching the device where the hand is located at. The light sometimes turn green sometimes turn blue. I don’t know what makes it turn to green or blue. It would’ve been nice to know if there is a distinction between the colors of lights for example when it’s charged it’s blue and when it’s not charged it’s green etc? Other than that it works great. It takes about a couple hours to fully charge the phone. Same for the watch. It’s a neat little charging station if your apple devices have the wireless charging capability. I no longer have to deal with trying to find cables to charge my devices-which is awesome! It was the best money I ever spend on a charging device.
