Great for what I wanted it for my living room rug however, I wish it had a little more suction and ran strong the entire length of battery

I was looking for a cordless vacuum that would pick up pet hair but not have the task of cutting the hair off the beater/roller. As stated the dog hair does not get wrapped around the beater roller. However, on the bottom of the vacuum there is a plate that you can easily open to pull out the dog hair that gets caught in the up take tube. This is not as disgusting as cutting and pulling it off the beater or roller but your are not told about this in any of the info/reviews I read/watched on this vacuum. I found out about this when the vacuum lost suction and made a different sound as it was running. While searching for an obstruction I found the large screws that can be turned with a coin on the base of the vacuum. After pulling a wad of fur out, the vacuum ran fine. I have to remove the fur from the bottom of the vacuum every time I vacuum. I have a male samoyed that is brushed regularly, not sure how the vacuum would handle multiple dogs in a home. I guess you would have to vacuum 2-3 times a week. This is my first cordless vacuum and so I have nothing to compare it to as far as suction or ease of use etc. I do like the ease of use to go from room to room and not have to mess with the cord. The vacuum does have to be charged every time I vacuum my entire house. So, you need to be in the habit of charging after every use. The battery can be removed to be charged or charged on the vacuum. I am pleased with how the vacuum works on my hard floors, which is most of my house. The carpets looked better after using my electric traditional shark vacuum.

I bought this vaccum in 2021 and it is still running like the day I bought it! I have an expensive upright Dyson that I never even take out because this one picks up so well.It’s light weight. I feel it’s very easy to maneuver. Easy to take apart to clean. I take the long stick portion off and vacuum my car with it. I totally recommend.

This is great. I would have given it 5 stars but it will not stand upright by itself. If you disengage the top to use as a hand vac it will. I have an i-robot but I lift charis onto the dining room table, hassock into the chair, and the coffee table up on the sofa. Oh, also the Simply Human trash container in the kitchen up onto the counter. It's too much prep. I also have cats. It picks up grit I don't even see but I do like the headlights on the vac. It does pick up kitty liter!! Plus, plus. I like that there are no bags to buy.

This vacuum sucks in a good way! If you have pet hair, big area rugs and hard floors this vacuum is for you. I love vacuuming but now I cant stop showing my friends how good this one is. I also learned that you might have to go over the carpet a few times. My black fluffy cat sheds way more that I thought she did once I started using this vacuum. I love the wireless feature and small size. It is a little top heave and I wore my right arm out but that could be because I kept wanting to try it out over and over. I will be recommending this product to all friends and family!

The brushroll broke after 7 months. If you want something that is truly in excellent condition, do not buy refurbished. It's a waste of money.

This item was advertised as used and refurbished to be like new. It was described as a magenta color and showed the magenta vacuum in the images. It was also listed as the type with the removable battery in the description but the images didn’t show a clear view of the back piece which is supposed to have buttons at the base of the battery area for that feature. I trusted the description. I was sent this hideous orange thing with no removable battery. I ended up getting a deal at Kohls for a different shark stick vacuum in blue. I am sure this vacuum is great, but batteries on stick vacuums in my experience are poop. Needs to be easily replaceable for the consumer.

It works great. I have a husky German Shepard mix dog, so I have a lot of hair to pick up! No hair gets stuck on the roller and has great suction power. The battery last long. The only thing that is kind of annoying is that hair gets stuck on the two small wheels on the bottom. I have to pull it off each time, but that is still way better than having to clean hair off the roller each time. 100% recommend this product!
