You need to know the TPI figure for the saw and set the dial to match. Then you need to work out the direction each tooth is set, normally alternate, so easiest to do every other tooth then reverse and do the other set. Warning: many modern saws have hard point teeth (usually dark gray / black in colour) these generally don't respond well to being reset, the teeth break. I could not find one for such fine teeth so I expected to have to grind them down.
