Instead of replacing an otherwise perfectly good faucet, this service kit restored everything back to normal operation. My old one started snapping the head off the ball swivel after 6 years of use. This new line took me about 30 seconds to swap it out! I was able to remove the old one and quick disconnect the connection under the sink that was low enough for me not to have to get on my back under the sink. I pulled it out, slid the new one down, pushed it into the quick connector, snapped the weight on the new line and put the head on the hose. And it was back up and running within a minute!The hose matched the original equipment properly, and installation was much easier than I expected. The connections fit correctly without any modifications or adapters.One thing I appreciate about Moen faucets is that many components are serviceable, and this kit is a great example of that.
