Q: Is this very gentle? Other creams have caused a burning sensation when applied

The main ingredients in this are olive oil and beeswax with some small amounts of other oils. I've had no problem with it and have found it very helpful (I was finding soft toilet paper too abrasive!). Unless you have a specific allergy to one of the ingredients, you shouldn't experience any burning sensation. You need to use it every day as the relief is only temporary. I hope this helps.

It should be external. To be honest this product never worked. It’s just like Vaseline. Ask your doctor for mometasone furoate ointment. Symptoms disappear within a day.
