FedEx broke one of the glass tops and the seller shipped us a new one immediately without cost or delay and came packaged extremely well. We’ve had it for about a month now and use it every day. I think it’s going to last a long time and keep looking good for years. This is a brand I would buy more of in the future. Putting it together was pretty simple just a lot of bolts...used a ratchet with an extension and took me about 3 hours by myself. Review: AS PROMISED - We initially thought we were missing 2 seat sections, but we found them. The set itself is as advertised. The "natural" color is more natural-looking than in the product photos online. It's more "greige". It's raining a lot here right now, so we don't have the cushions on the set, but hopefully the photos give you an idea. It's decent quality materials and comfortable. Looks great. The not so good. They give you a cheap Alan wrench, go buy a Alan socket. It will save a bunch of time. The back is too short and should be 2-3" taller. The cover it comes with only fits a 7 piece and they do not make a cover for the entire set. Their solution is to take the set apart every day and buy a separate small cover for 2 seats. If you're on a budget this is great.
