Ornate Wood Carved Bible/Missal Stand

Beautifully carved, perfect for what we wanted.

I bought this to display my Grandfather's Bible that was gifted to me. While I love the craftsmanship and the ornate design, the back support is very flimsy, and I am afraid it will break off. You have to self-assemble the back support piece and it's similar to a picture frame support. While I would highly recommend this due to how pretty it is, I do wish the back prop was more stable.

I searched for the right stand to hold my grandmother’s Bible. It’s large and heavy. This stand works perfectly. Happy I found it.

This item is nice except it is rather small. A pocket sized book fit on it nicely. The stand part is flimsy rickety and absolutely useless for anything more than a picture frame. I actually ripped it off and made one out of a socket rail to hold up a bigger book. Don’t expect it to hold heirloom size books I just opted to make it happen

My bible kept falling on the floor. Its so small that it collapses and it won't hold my bible. The stand needs to be able to tilt down a little more. The price is also to high. But the wood is nice and thick. If it would have held my bible I would have kept it.

Very beautiful and worth the money i paid for. So far it exceeded my expectation.
