Not plastic and works well
Wanted something not plastic to keep microplastics out of the environment. Also wanted something thin and light so a regular butcher block is too thick and heavy. Works well, have three different sizes for different tasks. Easy to clean.

Black particles flake off into your food 6 mo.
Had this 6 mo., Really liked it until black particles started flaking off in my food today, kind of upset about that. Never had this happen before with any cutting board, and I treat them well. Epicurean/Victorinox appear to have skipped the product testing over time step. I will be skipping them in the future.
