The French press has a sleek, brushed stainless steel exterior, and it feels solid and well-built. The double-wall construction gives it a bit of heft — reassuring without being heavy — and it holds heat extremely well. I brewed a full pot, and the coffee stayed hot for a good 45 minutes without any external heating. The 3-layered stainless steel filter system is another standout feature. It presses smoothly and traps the grounds neatly at the bottom without letting fine grit escape into the brew — something cheaper models often struggle with. The plunger mechanism is sturdy, with a tight seal that makes it easy to brew a clean cup every time. Brewing with it is simple: add your ground coffee, pour hot water, let it steep for 4–5 minutes, press down the plunger slowly, and you're done. This is a lovely little cafetiere - the pictures don't really do it justice . Very pleased with my purchase. Keeps the coffee hot, easy to clean and generally looks good in my kitchen. It comes well packaged, and with a spare mesh filter. Highly recommended.

Lovely well-made looks nice, the filter is solid and excellent quality. The 1L size is adequate for my needs.. I have one concern, it's hot to the touch not warm but hot ! I think this is not normal and I'm thinking of returning it for replacement..

Really pleased with this coffee maker. Looks good, great quality and pours well. Bit of a stretch to say it holds 8 cups - they would have to be small! However it holds plenty so only a minor criticism! Keeps the coffee hot for ages, would definitely recommend.
