If you want a low carb alternative sometimes as filler on meatballs, leaves, etc, these are fantastic without adding a lot of extra flavor. It doestaste good, but won't alter the final product. It also won't offer binding qualities like breadcrumbs so keep in mind texture and what else you're using. I kind of like that it makes things more tender in that way, but if that doesn't suit you then just be aware. Lasts a long time and is a great price compared to many other brands

Very good product for those on a low carb diet. Who needs to use a non-flour coating for air frying chicken and pork chops which I do. It taste great, texture is good and air fries to a crisp.

This pork rinds make a great breading for fish and chicken or casseroles like the keto cauliflower version of Mac and Cheese. The price is very competitive and I find it an easy substitute for many breadcrumb ingredients. I'm ordering my third bottle.

This is the first time I have used anything other than flour and breadcrumbs while frying. It works great, just watch for burning

Good quality, no complaints

I will be using this from now on for my chicken. Flour does not crisp up like these pork rind breadcrumbs. Just add your seasoning you like to the crumbs, coat chicken, then air fry. So darn good!!!

Really enjoy these “unseasoned” pork rind breading crumbs. Have used other seasoned pork rind crumbs and just prefer to season my own way. Thankful this unseasoned product is available. Use it everywhere we want a crispy crust. Do not miss the white flour breading technique, in fact truly like the crispyness of this product better than white flour, cornmeal breading, or regular bread panko. Great gluten free alternative and much easier and tastier than the gluten free panko.

I have found so many uses for these being on the carnivore/keto diet. They can be used as bread crumbs for frying chicken, or used in making small chirritos to use as sandwiches or burgers. They are delicious!
