Update: after leaving the previous review of my initial experience, the company reached out to me to help out with the issues I was having. I found out the silicone base of these balls could be removed, (I hadn’t even realised that), and this helps a lot with the ball rolling better and not sticking. But since I was still experiencing some pinching due to the area of the body I was using it, they sent me their other product which is a larger ball and doesn’t have the indentations on the sides, and this one works perfectly for my needs. So overall good products, and my utmost respect for a company willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy with the product.Old review: It may be better on larger/ flatter skin area, but having recently received Cool Sculpting therapy, I was told to massage the lymph node areas of the armpits and inner hip areas. I thought these would make that easier than just doing by hand. So I started out on the armpit, and multiple times my skin got caught in the plastic part, and it hurts! So, I don’t think I can use these for that purpose. Haven’t tried on other areas yet, but disappointed in the design.

A surprisingly great product for neck, back, arm and footpain, particularly neck and plantar fascitis. Works so well, we bought two and gave one to my son who has plantar problems.Well made and quite easy to use. You will likely never use it for hot therapy, as it works so well cold.Put it in the freezer first coupla times, only to learn the ideal way to use it is to store it in the fridge door, as it gets too cold in the freezer.Holds the cold for a long time, so you can freeze it, and take it with you for a car trip.

Not a bad massage device, though I do think using a tennis or lacrosse ball can be equally as effective. I like that you can use hot or cold temperatures, a great perk. The ball tends to become trapped in the socket at times during use.

I needed this for a knee injury and the dr recommended I get one of these for easy ice massage. As soon as I got it, I placed it in the freezer and a few hours later it was nice and cold.It does get very cold but since I was moving it constantly it never became too uncomfortably cold in any one place.However when it’s cold the ball is much harder to roll and catches a lot. It’s the perfect size and it’s feels like it will last, not cheaply made at all. I was able to apply different amounts of pressure depending on the area and soreness, which I loved but it really was very difficult to roll until it was just a little colder than room temperature. Wish it rolled smoother.

I got one day free shipping on these bad boys (I ordered two), and so far I am a big fan! I got them for my husband who is unbelievably tight in his shoulders and back cause very bad migraine head aches. I figured this could be a good option apposed to spending hundreds of dollars on a regular massage outside of his regular adjustments.I used them after warming them in warm water and used coconut oil to help them glide on the skin nice. I had read a few people had trouble with them not moving freely enough, but I had already had it in my head to use the oil to prevent any friction on the skin. It worked perfectly! While my husband was a bit nervous at first (mostly that I would ask for him to return the favor) he found that it really did help and feel very good afterwards, but as anything only time will tell if this is the trick!I did get a bit of a calf massage myself as a thank you and I will say that it was much better then when he using just his hands, since he tends to pinch and it hurts. This was just nice even pressure gliding back and forth, removing a lot of the human error that regular massage from a partner can add. I would recommend these highly! I hope to see the long term effects for us both!

I actually like this product gets really cold.It works perfectly for the bottom of my feet.Every likes it's my muscles.The massage that I get for me is effective stephanie worth the money

This is a great product. I bought one at Marshall’s a few months back it didn’t work Saw this and thought it was worth a try. I am so happy I did. It rolls so smoothly. The grip fits in my small hands. Since the ball is metal it is cold and feels great It is great for your feet also. I used to use a lacrosse ball but the coldness of this one makes it sooo much better. If you are a runner this is a must have. Just use it ion a carpet it slides on hardwood. The other great place is your neck and should. You can really get in there. Overall it is really great and highly recommend.

My brother has one like this and it is awesome, but must be a different brand.. This is junk!! Don’t waste your money! I got it for my husband for Christmas, what a waste! Ball doesn’t move freely no matter how much you mess with it! The ball isn’t completely round! Very disappointing!
