Really does smell a little chocolatey. With a lot of vanilla. And a hint of powdery white musk. Reminds me a litttle of eos cashmere vanilla, but less synthetic. For a vanilla gourmand, it's sort of lightweight and can be worn in warmer weather. Very non offensive, non headache or allergy inducing. For an oil, it has a pretty wide siliage. It lasts a very long time, surprising for the price. As it wears, it doesn't change much. What you smell after first applying is what you get hours later. Is it the most complex sophisticated perfume? No, not at all. I personally hate a lot of the trending perfumes and like the simplicity of this one. But there's nothing synthetic and cheap about it either. Like it smells like actual cocoa and vanilla extract. A lot of people mention its great for layering, I think it's lovely on its own. If you just want to smell amazing this works. My only complaint is that the outer metal part of the cap keeps wanting to come off. Meh. I can deal.

Does this smell identical to Silver Mountain Water by Creed? Considering how good this smells and the incredible price difference you could easily say who cares. However, it does smell extremely similar. I would venture to say that a large percentage of the population has not smelled a Creed product in the first place due to the prices of their juice. I would also say that many of the Creed products smell very good or they would not find the success that they have. This is an extremely affordable option and/or opportunity to own a great scent without the big price tag. Is this just as good as SMW? Perhaps not however you owe it to yourself especially if you are a person who already owns or likes SMW to take a whiff and wearing of this before you drop a couple hundred on Creeds version. I recommend you put it on your skin and give it a few minutes before you judge the scent. Also don't forget this is a oil base so DO NOT put it on your clothing unless your willing to chance an oil stain. This is the roll on oil version which is said to last longer than the spray. I personally like that the bottle is small enough to carry with me and re-up a dab or two at will. That is my 2 cents on this scent.

Nahh not the smell I like..but you may feel different.. 5 days and this stuff was gone..like it evaporated or something..

It has a very pleasant smell to it, but I think is smells mostly for Man. since I got Dehn Al-Oud from the same brand that I didn't like by itself, I combined them and the result was a very nice sweet fresh smell.
