Great rope for workout routine. As a complete beginner, after a few false starts, I was soon able to get into the rhythm of swinging the rope coordinated with the jumps. The weight of the rope assisted greatly with this as it gives a good feed back to the user. The bearings in the grips ensure the rope freely rotates and remains kink free. The length is very easy to adjust and the rope can be trimmed as required simply by cutting with scissors. Very happy with this well made product and have no problem recommending it.

This rope helps burn calories faster and quicker it's good to be consistent for good results the only issue is that it can scratch easily on pavement but the material is durable enough to feel like it will last long time.

Only had it for 6 days and broke already. Bad design flaw, the PVC rope started developing a tear near the handle because the metal around the edges (where ball bearing is) kept cutting away at rope with each rotation so rope through normal use of wear and tear doesn't last. Very disappointing. Also the rubber sleeves kept moving out of place on handles, uncomfortable and annoying.

Excellente surprise : cette corde à sauter lourde apporte exactement ce qu’il me manquait dans mes séances. Résultat : on saute mieux, on tient moins longtemps (au début !) mais on brûle beaucoup plus. La longueur est réglable, les poignées sont confortables et antidérapantes, et la corde elle-même est solide, parfaite pour une utilisation régulière en intérieur comme en extérieur. Idéale pour le crossfit, le cardio intensif ou pour ceux qui cherchent à intensifier leurs entraînements sans matériel compliqué. Clairement, elle fait la différence !

Buona corda buoni materiali devo dire che gira bene fin da subito .. ora dopo una settimana di utilizzo e dopo averci preso l'abitudine l'allenamento è confortevole ma tutt'altro che facile ... la corda gira bene è scorrevole leggera forse un pò troppo leggera( per gli standard delle corde pesanti )..specialmente nei manici... È comunque una corda pesante ed è un piacere allenarsi da stabilità e richiede forza però mi aspettavo un peso delle maniglie e della corda in generale superiore ! è una via di mezzo e si riesce a farla girare molto velocemente... abituati ad una corda normale la differenza si sente ed è un piacere saltare quindi per adesso al primo giorno 4 stelle.. dopo una settimana anche 5... * Vediamo quanto dura il cavo in PVC ..... *

Confermo la bontà del prodotto. Usata un paio di mesi non si è usurata nemmeno all'esterno. Pesante rispetto alla media delle corde da salto. Secondo me perdona di più errori di inciampamento. Fa lavorare le braccia dato il peso. Si riescono a fare doppi giri. Buona per iniziare e per allenamento dove si cerca la forma fisica e non in freestyle

Manici troppo grandi non favorisco una buona presa e il grip non è stabile.
