The product was bought upon knowledge that was gained some time ago and now that I'm on the supplement I must stress that the guidelines must be followed I,e when they should be taken and how much.. Initially my first dosage had been four tablets during an afternoon and without food then 3 the following days and also without the guidelines being adhered to and in result of this my body had taken an adverese affect from the non compliance.. A large rash had started to appear under each armpit.. This is no fault of the product itself and is solely the individuals approach.

A bit big but easy to swallow I couldn’t reorder a second bottle as out of stock, but for the month I e took it, made me feel better perhaps also a combinations of things, but great mental/emotional support to add to your daily routine

My plan was to take 3 a day for my brain, memory etc after reading Why isn't my brain working. My cortisol production is high (as seen in saliva cortisol tests) generally, so I believe the 1 capsule I took at about 8.30pm must have had an impact on my cortisol production because by 11pm I simply had to go to bed; an unusual, absolutely exhausted tiredness just came over me. I slept through the night; again, most unusual. My normal pattern is to be up till about 2am and then awake in the night, often several times. Not sure how it can create alertness, based on my experience but I imagine it does what it needs for each person. If you have no cortisol issues then perhaps it will appear to have done nothing. Will continue to take but only in the evening.

These do seem to induce a calm mind - shame they're no longer available on Amazon!

I followed the dose on the bottle consistently for about 3 weeks and about a week and half into the course I did notice a markable improvement on my concentration, I had a lot less mental fatigue and my procrastination between task had gone. Its a slow and subtle change initially but well worth it.

I took this product three times a day but didn't notice any difference or benefits from taking it. It may vary from person to person I suppose but cannot recommend it based on my purchase.

Ich nutze Phosphatidylserin wenn es auf der Arbeit doch etwas länger & stressiger wird und ich weniger Schlaf bekomme. Da ich auch dann nicht auf meinen Sport verzichten möchte, versuche ich der stressbedingten Cortisolsteigerung mit mind. 600mg in Kombination mit einem Fett entgegenzuwirken (Phosphatylserin sollte mit fetthaltigem Essen eingenommen werden). Subjektiv fühle ich mich energetischer und schlafe besser durch. Zudem habe ich auch auf der Arbeit das Gefühl, trotz weniger Schlaf konzentrierter zu sein. Auch nochmal ein großes Lob an den Kundenservice, der mir mit dem Kauf nochmal ausführliche Informationen zur Einnahme hat zukommen lassen.

Mir hat es wirklich sehr gut geholfen. Fühle mich deutlich weniger gestresst. Es wurde mir vom Heilpraktiker empfohlen, da mein Cortisolspiegel viel zu hoch war.

Ich kann noch nicht viel sagen , nehme es seit ca zwei Wochen - evtl etwas bessere Konzentration

Wirkt wirklich gut! Bin weniger gestresst - fast ruhig innerlich, was ein Wunder ist! Keine Nebenwirkungen. Die Qualität halte ich für sehr gut!

Habe das Produkt zur unterstützung beim lernen bestellt und es wirkt definitv. nehme 2-3 mal am Tag eine Kapsel.
