Ladhidh!!! Very very very mouth watering tasty 😋 Loved it.. I had to make lil changes For veg Biryani I used more rice (350gm) n vegetables (700gm) than prescribed coz masala is bit strong n i guarantee u that it will be absolutely finger licking good for nonveg.. Soked rice in water for about 1hr and so did vegetables in curd n biryani mix. had put 2drops of kewda water in boiling salt water later i half boiled rice for 3min, strained it then layered it n dum cooked it for about 15mins Used ghee,mint leaves, it wasn't spicy so used green chili n lil bit of milk n saffron strands turned out amazing.. I used normal bullet rice coz i don't like basmati But i didn't find any difference in taste so its overall very good.. My mums colleagues were home for lunch n they loved it too.. they call me Biryani 👑 Queen now. 👼 will buy more n recommend to everyone around me too.. check out their chicken tandoori paste its amazin too👌.

Awesome flavor and the value of money was too good because if we use one spoon of masala powder in 3kg rice it will give nice flavor and awesome smell plz try this once and see the result and really it is my favorite briyani masala powder ever I was use so many masala powder but no one give a single good result but this one is my favorite you can't imagine how good awesome it was awesome just awesome.....

Biryani made with this tastes very good even better than some famous brands selling Biryani( though it's my personal opinion). I have tried other biryani masala also but this is far greater than those products. Right blend of all spices and easy to prepare. Not spicy provided you learn to use the right amount if want to use more than once the same packet.
