Python Algae Mitt Cloth for Aquarium

Perfect for wiping away anything on the inside of the aquarium glass. You just rinse it with warm water and let it dry. It’s nice and soft so you have to worry about it scratching your glass.

Works well and easy to clean glass of aquarium. I have used these for years - the only thing which could be better is if they didn’t “shed” so much and last longer, as they seem to wear out after a year or so of usage. But overall a good product for the money.

Doesn't scratch acrylic. I use it on an electronic scrubber. I give 4 stars as it is not a magic bullet for tuff algae but overall it's pretty good. Good choice for acrylic. BTW I use it inside out so the threaded seams don't scratch the tank.

These algae mitts are OK .. they do the job, but they wear out very fast. They are thin but effective .. I used mine 2 times on my 125 gallon freshwater aquarium and had to toss it after the 2nd use.

I really like this mitt for cleaning the corners of my tanks. I can get into the corners better with this in order to clean without damaging the aquarium glue. Also covers a much wider area of the glass than a typical aquarium cleaning sponge does, making it easier to swipe across the larger sides of my aquarium.

Super easy to use...whatever it’s made up just tackles the algae quickly as you move the mit over the glass. I do this about once or twice a month now, I learned my lesson from not monitoring algae in my aquarium and it was an alga takeover! I rinse it good and hang it up to dry until next use. Seems like it will last a long time with proper care

I used to buy a mitt like this years ago from my local pet store and loved it...but the company who made it discontinued it. I tried finding it online and asked around at several pet stores, but couldn't find anything like it until I found this! This works great to remove algae and sludge from uneaten food bits on the side of my turtle's tank. Great product! Please don't ever let this one get discontinued!

I have a 5 gallon shrimp tank that has a lot of live plants and moss so there isn't much room to get in and scrub with a classic algae pad. This mitt allows for easy scrubbing of the glass. My Amanos take care of any other algae in the tank.
