These noodles are good for something quick and tasty. These have a tendency to boil over in the microwave (water filled to line), so I removed the cover completely from the black plastic bowl and it resolved the boil over problem. Just add sauce pack after microwaving for 5 minutes, stir and voila! Great tasting chow mein! I'm super happy with these noodles, just wish the sodium levels were lower.
