Very good quality housing, and the fact that it comes with the lamp is exceptional. The price was excellent as well, and far better than any price I could find locally. Delivery time was acceptable. The only issue I have is that this fixture comes pre-wired for 277 volt applications, but that is very easily changed. All things considered, I would not hesitate to order from this merchant again.
