Total Breakfast Cereal, 100% Daily Value of 11 Vitamins and Minerals, Whole Grain Cereal, 16 oz

When I read the ingredients, particularly the impressive amount of vitamins and minerals it contained, I ordered two boxes. Upon receipt, I had it for breakfast and liked the flavor and freshness of the flakes... I could eat it plain, just as a snack. Why I did not discover it earlier? Now I can blend smaller portions with Cheerios for nutrition sake. UPDATE. After going over the ingredients and wanting a plain snack, I poured 1 cup in a bowl and began eating my snack. Nothing added, it was fine by itself. I will probably eat one cup daily as an evening snack and my yogurt with fruits and Cheerios for breakfast. Then, my one main meal by mid afternoon or a bit later. Love it!

This is my best go to cereal. It has all the essential vitamins anyone ever needs and it’s unsweetened no sugar. I add fruits like strawberry, blueberries or bananas for more vitamins without the man made sugar.

Love this cereal and it seems to have almost all of the daily requirements of vitamins and minerals. A healthy cereal that tastes good. Add a banana or berries and it’s a real low calorie treat anytime. My grocery store doesn’t sell it anymore, so was glad to see it on Amazon.

It tastes okay as it's not organic. I don't think I want to reorder again.

My favorite cereal and it was delivered without the inside flakes being mashed, better than what I bought at the grocery store.

I have ordered this several time over the years, always been fresh. Once it came in an Amazon box with other heavy items and the Total box was slightly bent, but the plastic inner was still sealed, and it was good. It is very healthy choice for vitamins and minerals over the other cereals, if you compare them.

I can't find Total at our local grocery stores anymore, so I've ordered it here several times. Price is better than I was previously paying at grocery store. Product is fresh each time I order. A good size box.
