Super cute luggage set. Lightweight, the wheels move smoothly, spacious inside, easy to reset the combination to a new combination and LOVE the color. Only criticism is there are a few scratches along the sides but I can live with it.

I think they sent me a used bag but it was a day before my travel day so I just kept it if only I looked back on my Amazon orders as soon as I got back I sure would have returned it but the window for return is now closed so the color is cute the bag didn’t push so good after it got on a few escalators but other than that it was a great carry on size but the quality is really poor inside and out overall it keep my items safe I traveled out of the country with it so yes over 11 hour flight to Ghana and over 4 hour flight in usayboth coming and going

This luggage is gorgeous, nothing cheap looking about it. Obviously it will scratch so use a magic eraser! or plastic wrap or a light grease I don't know do your due diligence. You would look rough and scratch easily too if someone threw you around and rolled you down a conveyer belt. Duh! use your brain. like the preventative maintenance you do for a laptop ... cover it...same concept sturdy, roomy, lots of compartments, super cute.. I am am as sophisticated as they come and I have this luggage.. I don't do cheap!

Super cute set! I purchased the 20 inch octagonal set as well. The color makes it highly recognizable when retrieving from the luggage belt and multi directional wheels make it easy to navigate. TSA approved lock on the luggage is an extra whistle. Inside zippers and pockets make packing easier for me. Love the waterproof pocket for lotions and creams that might spill or leak during travel. I bought luggage covers separately, which are a must! The outer material is permeable producing multiple scratches. I took the 28 inch on an international holiday and sadly it did not stand up to the task. The back wheels were destroyed. I assume they were not cooperating with baggage handlers and my beautiful luggage had to be dragged 🥲. But under further investigation, it seems part of the wheel might have melted. Either way, it’s no longer useful as luggage. Wish I would have taken a trip within the return period so I could get my money back. In summation: cute design and color but not built to sustain travel.

Scuffs/Scratches super easily BUT most of the scuffs come out with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. Other than that they are amazing. Love all of the compartments and features, including the TSA locks and adjustable handles. The wheels are excellent and roll super smooth. Zippers are durable. Case did not dent or crack, still flexible enough to endure being checked on to a plane. Doesn’t look cheap at all (like other reviews state) Looks exactly like pictures maybe even better! Got a lot of compliments on them! Super happy with them; just wish they came with a protective cover or something.

Super cute! Perfect for carryon! I’m not sure how it would do checked in but for carryons it has been the best! And it fit way more than I expected it to! It does scuff easily but it’s luggage and that’s expected. So not a big deal for me.
