Shellfish Free
Nordic Naturals are my favorite omega-3 supplements! I have severe shellfish allergies and these are shellfish-free. No aftertaste or heartburn when taking these. You get a lot of supplements for the price. The supplements themselves are on the bigger side, so be aware of that when purchasing. They don't smell fishy either, which is another plus. I feel so much better when I take these vs. when I don't. Highly recommend

Just started taking, still a little too soon to tell the effectiveness . No smell, no stomachs irritation, easy to swallow. Before I bought I searched up and found these had high ratings and they were within a good price range.

The Best
This is the best omega that can exist, I have problems with my menstrual period and this helps me regulate it, apart from that it doesn't have a bad smell or anything like that.
