Few companies can boast full control over their supply chain the way we can. Also, we are certified in Europe which has same or more stringent requirements than US.

Thank you for reaching out and inquiring about this. You can definitely use Rose Nectar externally.  But especially during these uncertain times we suggest to consume it regularly for its immunity boosting benefits. Rose Nectar is also an antiviral and a stress reliever, there hasn’t been a time we’d recommend using it more than in this current environment. 
One table spoon is 2 servings. We recommend at least 2-3 servings daily. Rose Nectar is not a supplement, it’s a functional food, which means you cannot ‘overdose’ on it.
Mix in different drinks that you usually drink throughout the day - water, coffee, tea, kombucha. That way you can find your favorite way to drink it and make it part of your daily routine/ritual. You can also drink it as a shot.

It tastes like Rose's. Not at all bitter.  It is tantamount to drinking the rose tea at Mediterranean restaurants.  Add rose nectar,  pine nuts, water and honey.  So good! Thanks!
