Received necklace (chain) broken and quality was horrible. I'm only giving 1 star rating because I have to.Seller refused to refund my money for this purchase and the seller was very unreasonable and rude.

This came in exactly as ordered: the right size, color, great quality, not too thick or thin (just right)! Great value. I have ordered several monogrammed necklaces in silver and in gold and they were all in various monogram styles. All were perfect!

I ordered 7 items with 7 boxes but only received 6 boxes. These are for bridesmaids gifts so now I have to get all matching boxes.

Exactly what I was looking for- I have wanted a monogram necklace for some time, and I was so happy to find this one! I wear this almost everyday and it has held up beautifully- would definitely recommend!
