I have been using this product for about 3 months and my hair and nails love it. I had bad ridges and dents in some of my nails and they have almost disappeared. I love that they are vegan and are super easy to swallow, with no aftertaste. The price is very reasonable in comparison to the collagen that I have purchased in the past. I've been taking this supplement for quite a while. I find that it helps predominantly with my skin and hair. I think my nails are a lost cause as I've tried any number of "cures" for them. I believe this "collagen" helps me to maintain youthful skin. People are always taken aback when I admit my age... it's 57. They often don't believe me.

Works great! I noticed a difference when i wasn't taking it, so I bought more. I just wish it was a little cheaper, but oh well.
