I can slip my shoes on and off without untying them. I’ve had no trouble with them staying tied, just made sure the bow was really tight. Very comfortable fit, not sloppy-stretchy. Great for long flights; the “give” adjusts to some foot swelling. They’ve shown no sign of wear after about a year.

THE ORIGINAL STRETCHLACE Elastic shoe laces do a good job converting my lace-up shoes into "loafers." But using their sizing chart, the laces I ordered were 10" too long. If you're interested in these replacement shoe laces, be sure to measure you old laces before ordering. This company has many different sizes and colors, and you should find the right size to fit your shoe.

These are so helpful for traveling! My sister-in-law recommended these and I bought a set. It turned out that I did not need them to be as long as my original laces, so I returned for a shorter pair. The shorter pair was perfect! You just put them into your shoes without any tension, and then when you need to slip your foot in, they just stretch open! It was great for taking off and slipping on during my red eye! I do have to adjust the tongue in my shoe after I put them on, but it's a LOT easier and faster than tying and untying!

Great for laced boxing gloves!! I’ve been using these for a month on my gloves (72inches) and they work great I’m able to slip in and out of the gloves on my Own with medium to low effort while still keeping protection by having them laced sturdy and tight. If you use these for boxing gloves I recommend adding some tape around the knot so they don’t unravel (since you’re throwing punches) after that they are easily used and you won’t have to retape or tie them for months due to the good durability on these If you get these for boxing gloves get 72 inches as it’ll provide more ties around the glove and more protection!

I have always heard great things about elastic laces and how easy it makes putting shoes on and taking them off. I got some new shoes for work and wanted to try out some pink laces to match. Just put them on yesterday and love them so far! I had to loosen them a bit once I laced them up, but now my shoes slide on and off just like slip ons! Makes throwing them on in the morning much easier because I don't even have to untie them! Originally they seemed way too long, but once I loosened how tight I laced them, they were perfect. They seem to stay tied really well and we will see how they hold up. Definitely going to grab some different colors. The hot pink is true to color according to the images. These were a really good value and worth paying a little bit more for a quality product.

I've been buying the round cord stretchy laces for a long time and love them. But, I had a new pair of shoes that I wanted to look a bit more normal with conventional laces, but without having to tie them. So, there's that and these shoes were cream colored and I couldn't find my normal stretchy laces in that color. These are basically indistinguishable from normal laces visually, but they are very stretchy. The first consideration is that you really need to buy these in the length you need because, unlike the stretch cord version, you don't want to be cutting these to length. You want the pre-fab ends on these to look normal. This means taking your laces off your shoe and measureing them before you buy. Personally, I ordered a couple inches shorter than the conventional lace to account for the built in stretch I load up the shoes with. My originals were 48 and I ordered 45. It worked out great. Two things that make it a little complicated over the normal strech cord. First, since they're flat laces and we're going for a look, you have to install these so the laces lie flat. That's not particularly hard, but you didn't even have to bother with the cord laces. Also, since they are so stretchy, you have to do a bit of back and forth with them through the eyelets to get them to turn over when you're correcting them. Second, since they are stretchy, tying them is slightly more of a pain than normal laces. They're more slippery when they're stretched and that's what tying does. All in all, the look is exactly what I was going for and I still get the convenience of slip on/off shoes. The cream color totally matched my "oatmeal" colored shoes, so yay for that. So far so good!
