Take two capsules after breakfast at work and Im honed into meetings and brain fog is gone like im a golden retriever chasing a squirrel. Can't believe I wasted my money on this garbage supplement. Immediately after taking it for two days at the recommended 3 capsule serving I started getting disrupted sleep, horrible dream/waking nightmares, weird numbness all over my face. Not sure what they put in here if the ingredient list is even accurate, but something is off about this product. Take at your own risk.

I can't prove this claim, but since I starting taking this I seem more mentally alert. I will continue to take this in the future as long as I continue to realize the benefits. Well worth the money and effort.
