I got this filter to replace the original that came with my WEN 3410. Installation was as simple as opening two clips on the unit, pulling out the original and inserting this filter. There air flow is marked so it's easy to know which side goes in first. The fit was a little snug but that's due to the cardboard frame and not the filter. The surprising thing is that I experienced a noticeable improvement in the air quality within an hour. The higher price exists but it's not extreme, and it's worth it in my opinion. I would definitely use this brand again.

Just what we needed for the filter unit in the attic. It is hard to find the right size of the thicker pleated filters. This appears to be a high-quality filter without paying through the nose for it. Our house is relatively free of dust, thanks to this filter and the return air filter (also pleated).

I have used these furnace filters for the past few years, I’m pleased with them. I burn hard nut coal in the winter, which is quite dusty. But the filters help keep my house clean. I am finished burning coal, so it’s time to change the filter.
