I have been looking for a good Bakuchiol serum but they all seem to have an extensive pointless list of ingredients. This is the only one I found that contained only pure Bakuchiol and Squalene. Does exactly what it says, and is also gentle on the skin. Priced very well for how good it is. Would recommend. I have an oily skin and this product had 0 negative impacts on it, no new dryness or oiliness.

I bought this and was really impressed ......so much so that I bought a larger 50ml bottle via a shopping channel as alas Amazon only seems to stock this smaller version.....however the shopping channel no longer stocks this item .......I should have stocked up Duh....but no worries I can still buy it here at Amazon. The big plus for me is that as someone who has a sensitive skin, which prevents me from using Retinol, and also having a combination skin I have found that so far in using this product I have not had any breakouts or skin irritations as can often happen with my using similar products that have the same consistency as this product. I use this every night and in the morning I notice that my skin looks great and I have no LINE marks/creases on my face after a night's sleep . However the biggest plus is that I had noticed recently that I had some crepey skin that had appeared on my lower cheeks (caused by age) and after using this product for about two months this is now diminishing greatly..... This is now MUST have beauty item for me and I will buy it here if I cannot source a larger version elsewhere......I also use it on my neck and décolletage area and also see a big difference there too...... Unlike others I have not noticed any offensive smell with this product but for me the most significant thing is that it, as a beauty product, actually works.......which is after all the main reason we have for buying any beauty product surely ??? I hope this review has been helpful to others......

I didn't use it long enough to see the effect that it claims but it is a great gentle serum. My skin does feel firm and smooth in the morning. It also didn't irritate my sensitive skin

Good alternative if you’re retinoid sensitive or pregnant/breastfeeding. However it is less effective. Much more oily than retinol, definitely not a daytime serum. Some people have an issue with the smell but I thought it was quite nice, distinctive.

I like this product i think it makes my skin look healthier..

I have used this twice, a year apart, ands both times three hours after putting it on my face felt like it was burning. I washed my face thoroughly several times but it’s still burning the next day. It’s not so red though. However, the next day my eyes had swollen. I’m on holiday abroad and I feel rubbish and look a mess. Test on a small part of your skin and leave It for several hours before making a decision.

Love. Love. Love. 💕 This is my first time to use BYBI products but it won't be my last! This does not irritate or overly dry your skin like retinol. It is so easy to apply. Three drops will cover your whole face and neck. I haven't noticed a huge, if any, difference in my wrinkles but I have a Sun spot on my cheek which is definitely fading. My friend did say I looked very 'fresh faced' the other day so it's doing something. I love this product and will try other ByBi products too I'm so impressed by this one.

As I am unable to use retinol, I was excited to learn about its competitor which is derived from natural sources and comes without risk of any nasty side-effects you might encounter with retinol. At the end of using the bottle, I found it to be no better or worse than any number of other serums I have used in the past (Vit C, hyaluronic acid etc). I also used this serum in tandem with a bakuchiol cream (also unsure...). Maybe I need to give this another go, but...I did find (in comparison to other serums in the same size bottle) that this bottle finished a lot quicker - and because of its purple colour (and being unable to see through it), it seemed as though there was a smaller amount in there. All that said, I experienced no irritation to my very sensitive skin and am sure others will get along with it better than I.

Ich nutze dieses Bakuchiol Produkt in der Schwangerschaft und habe das Gefühl es hilft meiner Haut sich besser zu regenerieren. (Einige andere Hauptprodukt bzw. Säuren sind ja in der Schwangerschaft ausgeschlossen) ein anderes zuvor genutztes Produkt mit Bakuchiol war viel zu aggressiv und führte zu Rötungen und trockenen Stellen aber dieses hier ist super.

Just used for the first time today so can't really review product per-say. With that being said ... it appears the product is used since the bottle wasn't sealed. Not sure if the oil is old but it kinda has a "rancid" oil smell to it. Absolutely no hint of strawberries to it if you were wondering.

My wife bought it but she is not using it because of the really strong and unpleasant smell

Da ich Retinol nicht gut vertrage, habe ich gezielt nach einer pflanzlichen, reizarmen Alternative gesucht – und bin bei Bakuchiol fündig geworden. Positiv: – Funktioniert zuverlässig bei empfindlicher Haut: Das Serum ist sehr mild, verursacht keine Rötungen oder Spannungsgefühle und lässt sich gut mit anderen Pflegeprodukten kombinieren. Meine Haut fühlt sich morgens glatt und beruhigt an. – Sieht hochwertig aus und fühlt sich gut an: Das kleine Glasfläschchen mit Pipette ist nachhaltig und ansprechend gestaltet. Das Serum selbst hat eine leicht ölige Textur, lässt sich gut verteilen und zieht überraschend schnell ein – ohne fettige Rückstände. – Hat mich überrascht, weil es trotz der minimalistischen Inhaltsstoffe sehr effektiv ist: Bereits nach ein paar Tagen wirkte meine Haut ebenmäßiger und leicht „gepolstert“. Feine Linien wurden sichtbar gemildert, ohne dass es zu Reizungen kam. Die Kombination aus Bakuchiol und Squalan (aus Olivenöl) sorgt für eine angenehme Pflegewirkung – ideal auch für trockene oder sensible Hauttypen. Negativ: – Könnte verbessert werden in Bezug auf Dosierung und Ergiebigkeit: Die Pipette nimmt recht wenig Produkt auf, sodass man teilweise mehrfach nachdosieren muss. Für sehr trockene Haut reicht ein halber Tropfen nicht aus – da wäre eine etwas bessere Dosierhilfe oder eine größere Flasche wünschenswert. – Mit 15 ml ist der Inhalt relativ knapp bemessen, vor allem wenn man das Serum täglich verwendet. Im Vergleich zu anderen Pflegeprodukten dieser Kategorie ist der Preis für die Menge etwas hoch – auch wenn die Qualität stimmt. Fazit: Wer eine sanfte, natürliche und feuchtigkeitsspendende Alternative zu Retinol sucht, wird mit dem BYBI Bakuchiol Booster Serum sehr zufrieden sein.
