Clic Magnetic Reading Glasses in Frosted Matte Blue

Reading glasses have become a part of life for me as I have aged. I have three pairs of glasses in various locations in my house and at work. However, it has always been somewhat problematic for me when I need a pair and I don't have them right with me. Sometimes I think I remember where I placed them but I cannot find them. Then there are the times when I have them but need to put them in a pocket or clip them on my shirt just so I always have them with me.I tried "croakies" to keep my glasses around my head but they can prove difficult to get off over my head. Plus, when I lean over they swing around and get in the way.These Clics don't have any of those issues. The "band" that keeps them around my neck is firm and keeps them from swinging around when I lean over. The magnetic closure makes them very easy to take off or put on. Most of the time they hang around my neck but are there the moment I need them. The magnet is strong and works very well. The only reason I gave these 4 stars instead of five is that my head is a tad large and the size I ordered sometimes feels a bit tight on my head. I will likely try the XL version in the near future. BUT... these work great for now.There is a tremendous selection of styles here on Amazon so you should have no problem finding something that works for you and fits your personality. And the price is right.

I like the idea of these. I have at least 5 pair of readers and can never find a pair if in not at my desk. Don’t want to give in to the old lady lanyard yet. I bought them on the recommendation of my friend who is male and has a big head. The wrap around is so stiff when I put them on at the end of my nose the wrap goes up in the back. Depending on how I have my hair it catches so the glasses are not in the right position. When I told my friend this he said his wife said the same thing. The design needs to be improved. I gave mine to my big headed friend.

I do like these glasses very much. They were what I expected and are nice to have around. You don't need a pocket, but they are always there when you need them. The only downfall I've noticed and this could be just me, is when ordering a pair, they didn't explain enough to realize what when and what larger meant. I didn't really understand what that all meant. The stem or the part that stays around the neck are longer, meanning that they would hang down in front a little further, not sitting right under your chin. Other than that, these are very well made and work wonderfully.

I ordered these glasses after seeing my doctor use them. I can't read anything any more without my readers and I was constantly losing mine. The good: they are well built and the matte blue color is very nice. They are handy--you can wear them around your neck all day. The bad: they are uncomfortable to wear--if you put them over your hair, they look silly. If you put them under your hair, they pop up off your nose. The ugly: the part where the magnets connect at the nose is too wide.My opinion is that they would be great for a man with short hair. They are durable and it would be tough to lose them. However, think hard about purchasing them if you're a woman. I can't figure out how to wear them without looking ridiculous, so I just use them at home, where my family is ok with me looking ridiculous.

These are super! They hang pretty-much unnoticeable around my neck and "click" together easily when ready to use them. Great for at the computer (where I need computer glasses, but not readers) as I can easily slip them on if I've got paper work to read on my desk too.The only minor negative is that the neck strap is rigid, so if you're sitting in a recliner with them on, the chair back kind of pops them up on your eyebrows. Still really like wearing & using them, though, after learning to avoid that.

I saw my pastor wearing theses while preaching and thought they were so cool. No more lost glasses because they were right there and not hanging down on some ugly drawstring. However, the "string" holding these on is not a string at all. It's an inflexible bar. Works great for my pastor, but I bought them for reading and I tend to rest my head on the head rest of a chair. This, in turn, pushes on the bar which then pushes the glasses away from my face. Not good. Also not good is the fact I don't have short hair which make placement awkward. So, men, go for it! Ladies, maybe not unless you have very short hair.

I have been forced to wear readers due to "oldness" :( ... constantly losing my glasses (though a few times ... after hours of looking ... find them on my head) My little sis turned me on to these ... so I ordered a pair. Experiencing my new life ... Wow ... now there are always there!! Took me a while to stop pulling them off and laying them down because I'm not used to something hanging on my neck ... but I got the hang of it now! They are adjustable so they always fit perfect! They don't slide down my nose when I am bent over trying to figure out exactly where to but the tip of my husbands heavy stinkin' nail gun. I can now read the tape measure upside down laying on my back. I don't have to say "Wait! I forgot my glasses!" just as he's asking me to scribe a line. The lenses are super clear and don't have a distortion ... (I used to think there was something whizzing by me all the time.) They are extremely flexible and the magnet that holds them together is super strong ... I have never had them come apart. I love the color, they go with everything ... Buy these you will love them!!!

Seriously one of the best things I have ever purchased. I bought these in February of this year and they still look brand new and I no longer need to have readers in every room. Bonus, you don't lose them working in the yard! They might be more expensive than a cheap pair of readers but you dont have to replace them or have multiples. Only kind i will ever buy again.
