Really works. Well done.

I began using during covid. I am a non prescription user--so consider that when reading. I worked for a company that 3 of the 8 family members were hospitalized. The others were sick with Covid. I began to feel ill on Saturday. Sunday night I was told that the family was also sick with the same symptoms. The owner - most likely in his 70s sadly died. The other 2 members were in the hospital for over a week. I began to use oreganol to clear my sinuses. I took a paper towel and smeared come coconut oil on an area that would span my eyebrows down to my nose. Then I dropped a few drops of this oil onto that paper towel and waited for it to mix with the oil. I scrunched the paper towel to distribute the oil and make it soak into the oil the rest of the way. I took a wet wash cloth and heated it in the micro wave to create steam for the next step. I took a small hand towel and heated it up in the micro wave. I laid down and put my head on a pillow to elevate my head a little so the drainage from my sinus would run down out of my nose and not down my throat if possible. I put the hot wet wash cloth on my face with the paper towel over that. Then I put the warm towel on top. Many layers so I had to lift up the layers every once in a while to breathe. If you can, leave an ooch of space between the hot wash cloth or dry towel beneath your nose holes and pull in air through your mouth. It works best to inhale the hot oil for a few minutes to get the sinuses rolling. I inhaled in deeply and felt the heat penetrate my throat and lungs. I held my breath as long as I could and then huffed out to move the congestion. I did this until the heat in the wash cloth and towel was gone. Doesn't last long. Then I left the wash cloth on my face under the paper towel and used a heating pad on LOW. This oil is hot and it will burn your skin--so do not let the paper towel sit on your face without a thick wash cloth!!! If this oil gets on your fingers -- do not touch your tender parts. Breath in as deeply as you can for as long as you can. This made me relax. I usually fell asleep for about 15 mins. I would drop some of this oil under my tongue a couple of times a day. Again it burns like the dickens so most people put it in water to dilute. I'm a no pain no gain kind of person so I did not. DO NOT get this oil in your EYES! It burns for a little while--but I did recover. It burns what ever it touches. I use it on my skin for other issues. Mostly my old age spots that get weird sometimes. Take away. I never suffered with Covid as others did. The congestion and sore throat didn't last and my headache was minor. Now I use this with all my sinus issues. Experiment as you go--but I never run out of this product.

Would highly recommend! I use it for so many things. Pros - I take it the help with my Crohn's. It won't magically get rid of Crohn's, but it does majorly help keep things under control. I had a fistula with a seton for over a year, when I started taking 7 drops of oreganol a day. Over the next few months my body began to push the seton out, until it was finally gone and the fistula healed. Before taking oreganol my surgeon told me the seton may stay in for life. I can't definitively say that it was the oreganol that allowed the fistula to heal, but I will highly recommend others trying it for themselves and seeing if it helps them. Oreganol helps keep tooth pain away. I learned this while I was waiting for an appointment for a root canal. Because oreganol taste awful, I decided to try it in pill form instead of my usual liquid form. Once i ran out of liquid I began taking the pills only to discover that somehow the liquid kept my tooth from throbbing. I had to suffer through an aching tooth while waiting for more liquid to be delivered. Within a day a receiving and using the liquid (even rubbing a little around the tooth) my tooth pain completely went away and I was able to wait for my root canal. However, if you rub it directly onto your gums, be careful (see the cons listed below.) I've also used it for to get rid of warts. I put a single drop on the wart and cover it with a bandaid. The wart went away within a month after only two uses. Cons - If you drop it straight on your tongue, you will probably regret it. Once it hits your tongue, the oil almost spreads through your mouth and sinuses in a painful fire. I now take it daily with in a shot glass filled with water. Just fill the glass with water, put a couple drops on top, and drink. In case the oil still hits my tongue or the back of my throat, I keep peppermints near me since that almost immediately stops to burn.

Best Oil of Oregano in the market. Great to fight against viruses, especially cold and upper respiratory infections. Goes under the tongue. It also helps to alkalinize you. Great health benefits for skin too, and helps with joint inflammation. Best quality in the market.

Alright, I wanted to wait to leave a review after I have had sufficient time to really test it out. I've used the 1/2 ounce bottle up and a 1 ounce bottle up already. I can't say enough great things about this oregano oil. I have been around so many sick people over the last few months and as long as I take this when I know I've been around sick people, or just everyday as a preventative measure, I do not get sick! Which is crazy because I used to catch every cold that went around, I even had a stretch last year where I was getting sick once a month, every month...until I started taking this oil. I kid you not that sickness streak ended once I started using oil of oregano from this brand everyday. I have caught a cold about once only this year so far, only because I forgot to take my oil of oregano when I was around some sick family members. But the cold was short lived once I started taking the oil again, and since then I haven't caught any colds or sicknesses taking 4-5 drops everyday, or at least a few times a week for maintenance and more when around sick people (when around sick people I take 5 drops 2x a day under my tongue and hold for 30 seconds before downing a glass of water afterwards. Amazing stuff and I have ordered another bottle of the oil because I will never be without this particular brand. So please never stop making this oil, it absolutely works.

Good for your immune system

I don't get stomach upset while using this product. I've been using it for 7 years, now.

This stuff is potent, so be prepared. I've been taking this for a few years and believe it has improved my immune system immensely. Since taking this daily (two drops under the tongue), I've only had one mild and brief cold over the last 5 years. However, it is strong, so suggest you have some water on hand to wash it down after letting it sit under your tongue for a minute. The small bottle comes with a dropper and is easy to use.
