Love how much sodium it has!
This helped me so much for long runs!! I will say, the tablets take forever to dissolve. I prep them in water the night before. The taste is also a lot better when it’s cold!

Works great for travel
Took these to the Bahamas bc I knew we'd be drinking/baking in the sun and dehydrating. Worked great- just dropped them in our water bottles. Prevented headaches the whole time!

Unexpectedly tastes AWFUL!
This item takes too long to dissolve but the worst part is that it tastes awful... Adding to anything is awful... Now sure what the developers goal was but they missed... Huge!
