Plum Flower Brand Free & Easy Wanderer Plus Teapills (Jia Wei Xiao Yao Wan)

If you read the list of issues it addresses & say "Geez! That's me!" to a majority then these may be for you! They help me immensely. I have almost all of the issues/symptoms. I need this *Plus* formula. There is a review here that goes over everything & its worth reading. Very helpful info. Of course you may want to enlist a TCM practitioner to make sure this particular formula is the *one* for you. They are a bit pricy, supposedly do to 'supply chain' problems everyone blames but when something works sometimes you have to bite the proverbial bullet if you can manage. Next time I'm in an Asian grocery store I will see what they are charging. This formula is also sold as *granules* that you dissolve in warm water to make tea which they say works faster. The flavor is very bitter as most liver stagnation treatments are, so 🤷 I may try the tea & see if I can make it palatable. Cheers!

This stuff is a gift from God for stress and irritation. It doesn't matter if the stress is internally or externally generated, it helps either way.

These have been a great alternative to antidepressants. I didn't like being on medication because of the side effects (Lexapro), so I weaned myself off and looked for an alternative. My acupuncturist introduced me to these tea pills. They're great because I don't have to remember to take it everyday or suffer brain zaps and terrible mood swings. I can take a dose when I start to feel anxiety or depression coming on and let it lift me up. These have helped tremendously along with exercise and eating better.

I had used this over 2 weeks as directed, the 4 little pebble pills a day with water. I still felt pretty bad maybe even worse cramps and flow. So, because I am not a quitter, I am going to finish the bottle and if anything else gets better I'll update, but so far not working well for me.

The bottle has 200 capsules with suggested daily dose of 8 pills 3X a day. At that dosage, a bottle will only last 8 days. I'm willing to try it, but reluctant to consider buying 4 of these each month. I'm reviewing before trying because I wanted to share the actual label with ingredient details for other buyers.

Please stop reading the reviews thinking this will work for you. Go to an Eastern Doctor or the Acupuncture school and see someone. From there they can tell you what pills will work for you. It's a lot that goes into it. For me it's stress and GERD, these will work for me. You take 8 pills, 3 times a day. This is only good for 1 week. After that, you have to start doing what the Doctor told you. Write it down if you have to. Destress your life, do little changes to your diet. See the Doctor first, please for the Love of God!

This is an amazing pill, recommended by my acupuncturist. I can't get over how effective it is.
