Healthy and yummy!

I appreciate So Delicious Brand Coconut Milk with vanilla flavor because it tastes so great, the sodium is only 10mg, and it has Guarum Gum which works in an array of items but especially Ninja Creami (which is what I use it for) I absolutely appreciate the low calories and only 1 carbohydrate per serving! This is not expensive as it doesn't need refrigeration until opening and tastes creamy, smoothe, delicious omg try THIS one! The Vanilla is my fave version of THIS So delicious brand but So Delicious Coconut Brand is quality in a box that can be stored in the pantry which is easier than a can and the texture is so creamy and consistent which I'd never know this had 10mg of sodium, 40 calories, 1 carb no sugar. I love this product!

The only other one I'll drink is So Delicious Unsweetened Original - but this is my favorite. These are the only milk substitutes I can drink straight and enjoy. I have had the Original, but I find that the added sugar ruins the taste. It doesn't taste sweeter to me, just a little different, and not in a good way. Coconut cream (from which this is made) is extremely delicious on its own, and does not require sweeteners. I do like the vanilla flavor, though.I don't like soymilk, rice milk, almond milk, cashew milk, or mixtures (cashew-coconut). No matter how much sugar they put in, those still taste bad to me. I have not tried oat milk, because that came out after So Delicious, which I already love, so why bother.

Some people like almond milk, some like oatmilk, I prefer coconut anything and this milk is great tasting sweetened and unsweetened vanilla.

Good quality. Flavor doesn't stand out. I don't know if this is due to lack of flavor enhancer, but I don't mind. It's more expensive than 365 brand and you get less.

Product is great, but be sure to shake really well before each use. I use it for everything…ceremonial cacao, soups, ice cream bases, baking, puddings…anything regular milk is used for.
