Ease of use it thought it was recharagable at first glance and thought it was broken. Wish it was.If u dont have it completely flat on skin it wont work which is fine, u just move it around i wish it had a memory for hair level because i forget to change it and it only is good for so many zaps but 80k is plenty! Overall great tool i love it my underarms are already not growing back after 2 uses, i also had lazer hair removal 2 years ago professionally so take that into account my hair is very thin already although my hormones are messed up which i was told makes ur hair grow, but i have not had any bad side effects from this i used level 3 no problem

Don't waste you money. Look for a better one. Very disappointing.

It’s super easy to use. Can’t figure out the modes though. Confused if the levels are actually the modes and the instructions don’t say that. It doesn’t hurt at all. I got a cooling gel too but to be honest the cooling gel hurts more then the machine. Let’s see how long it keeps the hair away. Fingers crossed.

Read the pamphlet......don't use if you have dark skin, freckles, on your neck, chin, face.......I mean the don't use scenarios take out about 95% of the average persons body

I am unable to use this product. I have only read the instruction ,manual and it recommends for me not to use this item. The item has not and will not be used by myself. I would like for someone to contact me nad let me return this item.

Not working!!! And I’ve used many hair removel machines before! That is the worst!!!

Definitely one of the best hair remover I ever use. Very easy to use and have several levels to choose from. Not hurt at all when applying it. Friendly to use on Bikini area! No need to go to the spa for hair removal any more.
