The stick is decent for a cheap stick, but the color listed as “purple” is definitely pink. Disappointing because it was a birthday gift for someone who loves the color purple.

Well, I haven't played with it yet, just opened it. There are a few things that bother me just by looking it over. My favorite colors are Red & Black and It's actually very cool looking for sure. In the description they say how it was made from "Canadian Maple" and "Hand Painted" and "No Decals." If you look at the pictures I uploaded with this review you'll see what I'm talking about. First, this stick was made in China. Technically its not a "Decal," but the "19oz" on the bottom is just a sticker that you can pick off, its not incorporated in the paint or the clear wrapping. At the very bottom you can see defects in the clear coating. Also, in "My Opinion," it doesn't look like it was "Hand Painted." If you look at the picture there are spots that look pretty much the same, like it was a template or some kind of roller that the stick was Painted with. I'll end this review by saying that I'm super Anal n OCDish so that's the main reason I'm writing the review, I'm sure for most people none of these things will bother them for the price they paid. Still pretty cool looking.

Bought for a young man's Christmas present. Looks really nice, hand painted finish is extremely good and the linen wrap appears tight and secure. It was well packaged with end caps to protect the screwthreads. Proper wide tip for playing pool. Really recommended! 5*
