30-Inch Round Flat Top Surface Outdoor, 360° XL Griddle Cooking Station

Of primary importance... if you get it seasoned right the first time BEFORE you cook on it, then you will understand the joy of cooking on a flat top. WATCH VIDEOS about how to do this (there are several on YouTube). We used avocado oil to season and did 4 applications. Assembly was not easy but very straightforward with good instructions. If you take it in stages it's not overwhelming. We considered the 22", but for our family of 5 adults it just made better sense to get the larger version. We are not sorry we did. So far we've done hibachi style chicken (marinated) and shrimp with fried rice and vegetables. And then my son cooked "burger bombs" which were small oval shaped burgers stuffed with either feta or cheddar and wrapped in bacon. While he cooked the burgers, he cooked diced Idaho potatoes on another part of the grill, but moved things around eventually so that the potatoes could cook in the bacon grease. Fabulous! Too much to say about this, but others have given more thorough and much more helpful reviews. Assembly will take focus and patience, but is not hard. Be careful about sugars (salad dressings, bbq sauces, etc.) as they will blacken quickly and can damage your cooktop. Probably better to add after or just before removing from grill. Clean while cooktop is still hot enough for food to release by adding a bit of water and scraping into the wonderful non-stick drip tray.

What a joy to own. Cuisinart 360 XL is an outstanding griddle. It does everything I could possibly ask of a cook surface. My friends and family are impressed because they have never seen anything like it. One of my favorite outdoor cooking appliances.

Love this griddle! Cook top works great, makes great smash burgers, breakfast, fried rice, and many more wonderful foods! Once seasoned it’s so easy to use, and cleanup is a breeze!

This griddle is huge and works great. I use this more then my new grill. I am so happy I saw one of the videos produced by a influencer and purchased the Cuisinart XL 360 griddle it is awesome!

The media could not be loaded. I love this grill. I’ve had for over 2yrs and would not want to replace it. I never heat the grill on high. When heating up the grill, just heat it up on medium. That’s plenty and you won’t risk warping. The performance is amazing. I cook on it at minimum twice a week, breakfast on weekends and dinner sometimes during the week. Since I seasoned it over 2 years ago, it has remained non stick and I haven’t had to re-season it. I love the 360 design and I cook with my children on it so I can help out if needed.Issues…I still have glue stains from the labels that were on it. The oil box handle is splitting form the box and the oil box is not secure on the grill so it falls out and spills oil everywhere. When you need to clean the excess oil off the top of the grill, it leaks past the oil catchers and drops on the floor. I have oil stains all over my cement because of it. Make sure you buy a floor protector if you purchase this.

I had always considered a flat top griddle for my deck. I have a ceramic Kamado style grill that I use for smoking and grilling and thought that the round shape of the XL360 would compliment my Kamado nicely. My only regret is that I didn’t make the move sooner.The griddle came in one large box. One large, heavy box. Just over 100lbs. Assembly was easy though. After the base (cart) is assembled, the actual griddle is modular and attaches easily. As do the side shelves. All you need is a Phillips screwdriver. I assembled the grill by myself in less than an hour, but an extra pair of hands would speed up the process.Here is the best advice I can offer. I highly recommend not cheating the seasoning process. It takes a bit of time, but has been well worth it. I used flax seed oil and did 4 coats of oil. The griddle top will change from the light brownish color to a dark, seasoned black/brown (see my pictures). After seasoning, the top is just like a well seasoned cast iron skillet.In the month that we have had the griddle, we have cooked a wide variety of meals on the griddle. I have too many photos to post them all, but have shared pictures of a typical burger, fajitas, and a stir fry. Breakfast, cheese steaks, and seared sous vide steaks also turn out beautifully.Cleaning the grill is quite easy. Simply apply water with a squirt bottle and use a scraper to remove any material from the griddle top.The material and water fall into the trough around the cook top and simply wipe into the grease collector with a paper towel. Incredibly easy. Then apply a thin layer of oil (I use the same avocado oil that I cook with) to protect the griddle top from the elements and place the lid on the griddle. After cooling, I do use a griddle/grill cover. The Cuisinart CGWM-057 is made for the XL 360 and has kept the griddle safe during rain, snow, and an ice storm.I highly recommend this griddle. I love the 30” diameter of the griddle top that gives you over 700 square inches of cooking space. That is far superior to the 380 square inches the 22” Cuisinart griddle offers. Be patient as you learn how heat distributes from the 3 burners across the griddle. As with any propane griddle/grill, there will be hot spots. Learn to use them to your advantage. You can use pots and skillets on the griddle and those hotter areas can be an asset if used properly.With the griddle, be sure to purchase the cover mentioned above, a good set of griddle tools (Cuisinart CGS-507 has worked for me), and a few squirt bottles.We love our griddle and wish that we had made the purchase sooner.

Do not buy this product because if something happens to the griddle, the company will not work with you for a replacement. We only used ours three times and the coding started coming off the plate. I tried calling the manufacturer and they would not work with us to replace the griddle even if we would pay for it. They didn’t care. They said we’re pretty much on our own on this one. thanks for making me spend how much I spent on this to only use it three times. A total scam and a total rip off. Save your money and look for a product in a company that will work with you. This is the last time I’m ever gonna buy anything from Cuisinart.
