It has made for a challenging time for everyone, as she joins us for supper frequently. I have a great SIBO diet cookbook, with many pretty good recipes that I make for her. When researching recipes for Thanksgiving, I came across a recipe for a gravy that was gluten-free, as that is also a condition she has. This recipe called for Sarson's Gravy Browning. At the beginning, I though that I had to order from the UK. After more research, I found a US vendor. It came in before Thanksgiving. On Thanksgiving, I made this gravy, for my sister. She loved it! This product made the difference.
