Good coffee!
I had never made coffee for a crowd and this made some of the best coffee I had ever made. I used Starbucks Pike Place and went by the measurements recommended. Perfext!

Impressive
So i was leery of the filter this urn uses but i followed directions and wetted it down first THEN put super coarse grounds in and the pics show what was left and the filter i ran the coffee thru to check it. I am impressed!! So far it works well and keeps coffee hot. We're a coffee nut house and will be using this weekly for 3 people.

It leaked on first use!
This leaked upon first usage. When I contacted the seller and told them about the problem and asked for a replacement, they were extremely unhelpful, telling me that it was the manufacture's fault and I should contact them instead of the seller. This type of thing gives Amazon a bad name.
