I'm new to metal detecting so this bundle was perfect for me. Has everything you need to get started.The Simplex is an excellent machine. Targets deep and has great separation. Has several modes to choose from as pre-sets to make things easy. Fully waterproof. And free firmware updates as well!The rest of the goodies are really necessities for detecting, especially the pinpointer. Saves tons of time searching the plugs. The bag is nice, 3 different places to store stuff so you can separate the goodies from the trash. Headphones help a ton for being able to hear light signals, and for ensuring you don't bother others. I use everything in this package every time I go out.

I have always wanted a metal detector and my husband ordered this for me for Christmas. I have used this only a few times so far since most of the ground is still frozen but my grandson and I have had a blast with it. We can’t wait until spring so we could find those treasures.

Wow! I really like this detector! It was just what I hoped for and lived up to everything I'd read or watched on YouTube. I've been a metal detectorist since I was a kid and so I get excited about items like this. The quality and packaging were both very nice. There is a real attention to detail and it shows. It feels great in the hand. You can feel the quality construction and it's light weight at the same time. It's loaded with features, easy to use and fully submersible. It doesn't get much better than that. Oh wait, yes it does. It's half the cost of most detectors in its class! I say go for it, have fun and you will be glad you did!

First time purchasing a metal detector. Loving it. This is a very good detector and is comfortable to hold for hours on end.

I was impressed by the Simplex, it is light weight and easy to use, I use it in the field , and beach. There was less “ chatter “ then I expected when using it on wet sand. I have found coins buried 4-5 inches down out in the field. I believe it should be able to search deeper. ( maybe not as accurate) However It’s a great deal for the price.

opened the box and figured out right away that you better read the instructions first. after that and learning the different sounds it found things under the ground right off. can't wait to get it out the the beach!
