I've been taking Irwin naturals multivitamins for years. They are a great product!

Needed to supplement my diet when missing greens in my diet sometimes.

Great vitamins and value

It's hard for me to explain how I felt before taking this product but since I have, I feel "normal" again. Before, I used to feel completely drained and listless. Nothing held any interest and I was not accomplishing the many goals I had once wanted to achieve. Heck, even basic things around the house were, ahem, a chore to do! I thought it might have been depression, a lack of nutrients, lack of exercise, I was just lazy or stupid, etc. I have spent a fortune attempting to find a solution, from pills (including other multi-vitamins), energy drinks, caffeine and 'energy' pills, an acupressure spike mat, inversion therapy to cold water showers, sleep hacks... you name it. Nothing seemed to work. I felt constantly fatigued, especially behind my eyes and it sucked! Then about three weeks into taking this product something 'unnatural' happened; I stopped drinking coffee! Yes, after many years, since my childhood actually, I gave up my favourite drink. People know me for my coffee consumption so telling my friends and co-workers gets me that 'record scratch' effect; everyone stops and looks at me in bewilderment. They know how much I've loved coffee. I never, ever would have thought this could be a problem for me but it was at the point of giving up the mug, in combination with this product, that I began to perk up better than any caffeine pill (up to 10 a day) or multiple mugs of joe has ever done! I'm getting things done again. I started a blog, a forum, painted the kitchen (this has been on hold for at least two years now) and am all over the place at work, I actually make the beds (all rooms) every day! I even started exercising, which is something that's been on my, "I know I should do but don't have the energy for", list for too long. My wife has taken notice and so have my co-workers. I've also, coincidentally, started to lose weight. I won't say how much, but I'm a little lighter, according to the scale, than I have been in years. I've had to tighten my belt just a little, so we'll see. I'm not holding my breath on this one but I am eating less than I normally do since I am no longer famished within two hours after eating a meal. In the end, I cannot specifically say that this product is the reason I stopped drinking coffee; it may have just been some cosmic coincidence. I also cannot definitively specify that it's this product that's giving me the perk I'm feeling, or the weight loss but giving up coffee after taking this very product are the only two things that I changed and my life is completely different now. It does seem strange to think that after drinking coffee since my childhood, I begin consuming these little gems for a short period, I suddenly had no desire for the brew? So, in the end, I'm giving credit to these liquid gels. I just hope that this company stays in business and never changes the formula! I am so grateful to have found these and Amazon for providing an amazing platform to be able to subscribe to products. Thank you both.

I like the quality of the product. Liquid capsules va tablet is more efficient dissolving into the digestive system.

Wow. I have tried virtually all other mens multi vitamins and none really compare to this product from Irwin Naturals. After just one week of full dosage (3 per day) the positive benefits can be clearly seen and felt easily. Even the dreaded return after 6months to working out was not in the slightest bit bad. No severe acid buildup or racing metabolism from over exertion. Nothing in fact and the only thing different is including Irwin Naturals Living Green Multi Men in my health and fitness regimen. Now , what really turned me on the efficacy of this product is the ability to remove toxins from the body. As a light smoker, I no longer feel the fogginess nor icky feeling that comes from smoking. This product definitely delivers and is in liquid form , which is far better for absorption than other vitamin brands on the market. Endless energy and mental clarity are noticeable. Far easier to digest than other vitamins which can lean on the too large to swallow format.

Have used this product for about 3 years and up until now was pleased with it. Due to reasons not worth going into, I never swallowed the capsules but would cut them open and squeeze the material out into a pill cup and consume it from that. Not particularly pleasant but it worked for me. This last bottle I got was very different. The capsules look unchanged but when I cut into them they were very much thicker and hard to cut into and there was less than half the liquid in them. I’m now going to find another vitamin as I no longer trust it.

I tried these multis after the liquid multi I was taking priced itself out. These seem to work as well, with a couple of tradeoffs and additions. Most of the levels are similar and the are some things missing and some things I didn't get from the liquid multi. I really like that I can take one with each meal, rather than all at once, so I can spread the benefits out more over a day. Another thing I like better is the convenience of swallowing a pill over the sometimes vile smell and taste of the liquid. I did not experience the leakage issues of other reviewers; however, it is my first bottle. As long as the price stays reasonable, I'll keep buying these from Irwin.
