for the price point, this was a good product easy to assemble and looks good over my garden shed area. One small kink is I found a little moisture finding its way into the cells of the plastic insert but other than that again at this price point this is a very good product

Easy to assemble. Pretty good quality. Pretty light weight and easy to hang up. Provide shade and shield you from rain

First: the product. Exactly as described and pictured. Super easy to assemble. The panels seem kinda flimsy at first, but after everything is assembled it’s sturdy. Second: installation. A nightmare. Truly awful. I can’t honestly blame the nightmare installation on the product. I’m assuming any other awning would be this bad. Some advice: don’t count on the installation hardware that comes with the awning. It was complicated and didn’t come with any instructions. I had to look it up on YouTube. The other problem is the awning’s arches. The little decorations inside the support arches which I’m assuming are structurally important make it hard to attach the awning to the wall. A drill, hammer, screwdriver…none of it will fit. The top hole is covered by one of those decorations on the arch, so only a tool with small clearance will work. For example, you can use a simple hand wrench because it turns flat, parallel to the wall. But you can’t use a screwdriver because the handle comes away from the hole and turns perpendicular to the wall. So before you start with this project I highly recommend you make a plan about what hardware to use to attach it to your building. Keep in mind that you will not have any tools clearance for those top holes. Good luck! On the plus side, I put this awning through a ton of abuse trying to get it up and it is definitely more sturdy than it looks. I even had to skip one of the holes, so the whole thing sags. But we’ve had some big storms and it doesn’t budge even with the uneven way it hangs. The panels are a bit hollow so it makes some noise when it rains. If that is a concern for you then be aware. It is louder than the sound rain makes on my car roof when I’m inside the car but not tin roof loud. I’d say it’s more like rain on a plastic umbrella.

An exceptionally poor quality product with almost borderline fraudulent description of the “polycarbonate cover” which is nothing more than cheap, easily damaged, bendable and thin plastic sheet with air gap in between. If you think of a cheap plastic book cover, or a plastic shipment bubble wrap type container, you aren’t that far off. Furthermore the seller participates in deceptive practice, by outright refusing prepaid return of defective item (ie damaged product upon arrival) claiming that “items above $100 must be returned by the buyer” meanwhile the cost is far under. Save yourself the trouble and go for a far superior product from the other competitor which is night and day difference in terms of service and quality assurance!

Excellent product very durable and easy to assemble. Chose the wrong size but made it work to our door frames 🙏🏼 Very affordable 😁

Ni siquiera necesité instrucciones, son bonitos y con piezas de calidad excepto el policarbonato, pues de los tres que compré e instalé, uno se rompió parcialmente al día siguiente, se rajó... Tendré que comprar un paño nuevo y remplazar

Installé entre abri d'auto et gazébo pour protéger d'une pluie légère. Évite la pluie sur le BBQ pendant la cuisson!

Put this up over the heat pump to keep the snow off and it works. I struggled to find something that isn't too wide, this is a little wider than the heat pump and does the job perfectly.

The item was returned as husband the material would not hold the weight of snow.
