This faucet is gorgeous! The crystal handles make a difference and add a touch of elegance to the bathroom. It was very easy to install. The hoses haven't leaked in the almost two months since we installed it. The faucet hasn't leaked either. The faucet provides spectacular water pressure; we no longer have to fully open the handles like with other faucets! The gold color is perfect in my opinion, and so far, it hasn't worn down. The drain plug is the perfect size. I love the push down/ pull up feature of it! It's very functional and easy to remove for easy cleaning! Overall, this has been the best sink faucet we've found! It's worth every penny!

Gorgeous, classy bathroom faucet set. Elegant without looking like it is too much. Very nice weight to them. Great quality. I bought other matching pieces and great so many compliments on these. Don't hesitate to get these.

Would have been a smooth installation process of not for the hot and cold handles being mislabeled. This caused the handles not to turn in the correct direction for off and on. I had to disassemble, switch them around, and reassemble. Early in the process of troubleshooting, I read that another reviewer had the same issue. Big time pain in the butt that didn’t have to happen. Aside from that issue, I’m very happy with the faucet. It seems made of quality material. Installation x2 was easy enough after getting certified by a few TikTok tutorials. My big take away: CHECK THE DIRECTION OF THE HANDLES TURNING BEFORE INSTALLING!

This is a late review. Purchased the product in February of 2025 and had a licensed, professional plumber install it. The piece is very attractive. Unfortunately, the "crystal" faucet knobs are not keyed and the hot water knob soon was spinning freely on the valve shaft. The plumber returned and "tightened" everything down. It failed again within hours. The plumber returned a third time. This time he removed the faucet knob and very mildly burnished the faucet shaft and the inside of the faucet knob... and glued the knob to the shaft with a clear epoxy. It's been a couple of weeks... so far, so good, but based on other negative reviews and the $250/hour cost of a plumber here in California... I strongly advise buyers to choose another quality, popular-branded product. THE VERY LOW PRICE FOR THE UNIT IS THE TIPOFF. As a result the manufacturing process and tolerances must suffer, and the result is an inconsistently performing product. My wife says every time she turns the faucet, she wondered if it will be the last. Rating this product, ONE STAR. for an all-around bad experience.

Difficult to find in brushed nickel, but worth the look. These are beautiful and look amazing in our new bathroom.

Well, I don’t know what they should know about it. The fact is it’s a good product and it looks very nice in my bathroom on my new sink.

The pop-up sink stopper /drain pipe is not a universal fit and could not be installed. The fixtures themselves were okay considering the price.

Package was missing one of the rubber seals that was part of the drain assembly for the sink. Had to go to a hardware store to buy it separately. Also, when you assemble the faucet and hot and cold taps together, they did not fit a standard three hole sink. I had to use a Dremel tool and open up the holes to allow room for it to fit.
