Good little item that floats around the pool well and is pretty accurate - doesn't quack but good all the same

This item is faulty and dangerous. After just 2 days in the pool I noticed the thermometer had fallen out and broken in the pool, we cleaned up what we thought was just two pieces but there was actually another piece which gave my son a nasty cut on his knee. There seems no way to email the setter and I can't see a way to get a refund. I'm really cross and unhappy with this product and now my son has a sore knee and the pool will have to be emptied. I will be contacting Amazon directly.

Mine fell apart within months of buying. Tried to contact seller for replacement. But no option, very dissapointed considering it was only used from June onwards

I was dubious about buying this as I saw reviews saying it doesn't float upright, let me assure you it does float upright, you just need to put it under the water as the thermometer part fills with the pool water to stabilise it. Ducky floats on the pool lovely and the string it comes with is great for tying to the side so it doesn't stray too far. If you have kids, try to stop them from throwing the thermometer around as the inside thermometer part has come unstuck from the case on mine and is no longer at the right height to show the correct temperature. It was working great until then and bobbed around like a smiley little orphaned duckling until the kids wrecked it. It's now in the shed waiting for me to glue it back in place where once again it will join the pool to do it's job and once again give it purpose.

Used for one weekend and it fell apart!! Not fit for purpose

This thermometer did not show accurate temperature. It was off by atleast 10 degrees at all times, then, after only two weeks of use, the blue liquid vanished!!! It must have drained into our pool (which is dangerous as it is a chemical). The gauge is now empty and the device is completely useless.

Nach Jahren ist unser Entchen von uns gegangen und mit diesem haben wir eine große Freude. Sie fühlt sich im Pool wohl.

Worked great until I dropped it on the deck and it broke. Totally my fault I will be ordering another one.
