Had an Issue with the Order, but They Resolved It
I had an issue with an order-they left out a key item, which was Seabear Salmon, as well as a couple of other items. However, after a couple of emails, they resolved the issue and are resending the missing items. I was very disappointed, but now am satisfied with their customer service. Therefore, I happily recommend this company and product. The quality of the meats and cheese are very good (I have purchased other products from Dan the Sausageman), and I am now very pleased, and confident, to endorse their responsive customer service.
