I take two of these before a meal, and I can definitely feel the difference in how long I stay full.

I’m giving it two stars because it keeps me so full I have to force myself to eat. But after taking it, I have never bloated and cramped so badly. I had to take pain medicine because the stomach ache was so painful and uncomfortable. As much as it works amazingly, I don’t want to go through the side effects again.

I don’t know how other reviewers lost weight on this product because this makes me starving!!! I usually take BRI caralluma fimbriata and it works amazing. But they no longer make a two month supple bottle. I saw this 200 capsule bottle for around $13 and thought I’d try it since it had such great reviews. For me, this does the complete opposite of what it says. I’ve never been so hungry in my life. Then I did a little test just to see. I took two of the BRI caralluma fibriata in the morning and it worked great. I wasn’t hungry at all. Before dinner I took two of this brand’s caralluma and sure enough, I was famished within a Half hour. I’ll have to return this product because I’d it does not work for me.

The product did curb my appetite, as promised. However, I started suffering from a sudden onset of severe foot and stomach muscle cramps. I am disappointed that I can't take this product. Perhaps, I'll try another brand—best of luck to all.

This keeps my energy on overdrive without nervousness. No kidding. I take it for weight loss and concentration too. Its green tea. Harmless right?

I have really given these more than a chance, I wanted so much for them to work, I tried every which way to get them to work for me, a few days ago even trying to take 3 instead of 2 at a time. I just reread the instructions again today ... took 2 and then figured I would get some Thai food at the mall .... Just maybe a a couple of spring rolls made with shrimp and rice noodles which usually does me just fine. I couldn't make it to the mall and had to stop and get a double steak burger with fries or I would have to chew on someones arm if they got too close... then I was still famished so that I couldn't shop once at the mall and had to get my business done and go home and try to get over it... but NO ... so hungry ... once home I ate grapes, pasta and my home made meat sauce, then soup and figs and candy and it has been 3 hours since taking them and I am still hungry and eating as I type. And this is what goes on whenever I take these things.I wish it worked for me but for me it has the opposite affect.
