**Q: arm rest torn on the front.  is there a replacement available?**
A: Nope, mine broke as well and they never sent me a replacement. It only lasted 3 months.

**Q: Are the arms cushioned or are they hard plastic? If they are cushioned have you had issues with them cracking?**
A: The arms are about a 1/2 inch cushioned. No, I have not experienced any cracking and they are a firm cushioning for the wider and heavier sets like my husband and myself.

**Q: Is there a warranty for the chair? I bought it towards the end of last September and now the piston is falling through the wheel frame.**
A: Yes, I did get a warranty for my chair. Further, all products have at least a 1 year warranty on them, no matter who sells them. I would contact Staples and work from there.

**Q: Is there a way to remove the rebar support all together?**
A: I don’t believe so

I purchased this chair for my home office. I love it! It's well designed and robust. I'm 6'4" 222 lbs. and this chair feels so incredibly comfortable for me. The size is perfect. I really don't bother with adjusting anything on the chair or even moving it around much, other than to sit down and get up again. That said, I can sit for hours at a time in this chair - it is that comfortable.
